if we were the world
if acceptance would be sunlight, it would never reach the earth.
if love would be water it would be nothing but a dewdrop on a rose petal.
if honesty was oxygen we would suffocate.
if peace was food we'd starve to death.
if a meteor would hit the earth and only the good people survived we woul go extinct.
do we want to live in a world like this? of course we do!
for acceptance isn't sunlight and love isn't water,
honesty is not oxygen and peace isn't food.
and if a meteor would hit the earth we'd all die, including the good ones.
so why worry about it?
because acceptance is more important than sunlight, and love is more important than water.
honesty is more important than oxygen, and peace is more important than food.
and if a meteor would hit the earth we would regret not to have loved, accepted, and cared for each other.
but by then it would be too late.
so love while you can,
accept each other while we are still here,
be honest with each other while we can still talk.
and have peace with each other before we'll die.
'cause else we will come to regret it.
