Story: I'm Ana, Ana forever

We see it each day in the media
We are taught that thin is beautiful
And yet we refuse to acknowledge,
what is behind closed doors

We live in a world,
where we think about weight
We think about diets
We thing about image
We think about food
Or perhaps more so, a lack of it

But what we fail to think about, is life
1 in 5 anorexics die
Anorexia is not about vain
Anorexia is not about choice
Anorexia is a mental illness, a disease
and slowly, a killer

But it can be overcome with courage,
hope and strenght
