    He Never Knew

    He never knew that
    Walls could hit so hard.
    And he never thought that
He would wish for a new start,
    Before he even ended this

    Would he ever have known
    That silence could be crushing?
    While he himself had thrown
    Everything away, rushing
Towards a goal he could not find.

    And would he ever think
That even in a million years
He could swim? Cause now he sinks
And drowns in his own tears,
That no one ever cares to see.

We dwaalden en verdwaalden en noemden sterren naar onszelf.
