“When?” He asked, facing Edward’s handsome half-sleeping form.
“As soon as possible. Before he is gone, please.” Carlisle nodded and walked away. “I have other patients to attend now. I’ll come back later. Wake him up. Tell him what will happen.” Carlisle’s voice was sad, but I didn’t really care right now. I took the chair that sat next to the hospital door and sat it next to Edward. I didn’t have to wake him up, he woke as soon as he heard the chair move.
“Moi…ra…” He muttered, his voice low and raspy, but still the most beautiful voice I’ve ever heard.
