The Nightclub!

Life doesn't stop for anybody. And neither do the melodies and the beats of the songs. Come join us and get lost in the music. The night is still young. Make sure you're best dressed, but not too overdone. We're gonna live it up. Take a drink and party until the sun rises. We are the nightclub. Who says being awake at night is lonely? When the sun goes down, make sure you're ready to party like we're forever young.

Lips that were not as chapped by the heat as his own, nor did the brush of the other’s chin hold the faint scratch that Jasper knew his own must have, and for whatever reason during those few long seconds he came to the conclusion that he could taste coffee in that kiss.

Vandaag op visite geweest bij oma en er was er bij de flat aan de overkant een reanimatie verricht waarbij de politie, ambulance, brandweer en een traumahelikopter waren opgeroepen. Iemand van AT5, de lokale televisiezender van Amsterdam, kwam op een gegeven moment ook nog om foto's te maken.
Zo hebben we vanuit het raam alles kunnen zien en ik had niet verwacht dat ik ooit zo iets zou meemaken.

Geloof me of niet, ik maak dat vaak mee hier in de buurt. Ambulance hier, ambulance daar. Ik word er soms echt naar van. Gelukkig maak jij het niet (nooit blijkbaar) zo vaak mee.

Oei. Ik hoor bijna elke dag een ambulance, brandweer of politie. Ik woon dan ook dichtbij een drukke snelweg.

Het was inderdaad wel even schrikken, ja.
Ik ben de politie en de ambulances in mijn eigen woonplaats wel gewend, omdat de politie bij ons in de wijk zitten en omdat ik weet waar de ambulances gestald staan.
Daarnaast rijden de hulptroepen over de busbaan en die bevindt zich dichtbij mijn huis en dichtbij school.
