Every twenty-five years there is a Quarter Quell edition of the Hunger Games. Quarter Quells mark the anniversary of the districts' defeat by the Capitol, and include special celebrations. The Games involves some sort of twist that makes them more disastrous or difficult to compete in, or watch. A small box contains small yellow envelopes containing specific instructions for each Quarter Quell. These instructions were planned at the founding of the Hunger Games, with plans in place for hundreds of Games. The President at the time selects the appropriate card and reads it on live television to announce the theme of that year's Quell.
He reads from the square of paper in the same onerous voice he used for ours, informing Panem that in honour of the Quater Quell, there will be twice the number of tributes.
Regels.
- GEEN perfecte personages. Iedereen heeft wel een zwaktepunt, en niet iedereen is goed met wapens. Ook is niet iedereen 16 of ouder, ik zou graag ook wat jongere tributen willen.
- Minimaal vijf regels.
- Geen anime-plaatjes gebruiken, er zijn genoeg mensen om te gebruiken op internet.
- Maximaal 3 characters per persoon, maar je moet niet één gaan verwaarlozen.
- Verdeel de districten een beetje. Ik wil liever niet dat we een groep van twaalf beroeps hebben en dan maar zes gewone tributen.
- Vrouwen en mannen gelijk verdelen.

The Arena.
Ik raad het sterk aan om dit filmpje te bekijken. Het geeft veel duidelijkheid over de arena. Er zit bloed in.
Plattegrond:
Zwart: Niks.
Mosterdgeel: Hoorn.
Bruin: Besneeuw berggebied.
Roze: Giftig bloemenveld.
Donkergroen: Dodelijk bos. Zodra iemand dit betreed komt er een plaag door de hele arena.
Felgroen: Bos met verscheidene, onschuldig-lijkende mutilanten.
Blauw: Giftig water. De stippen zijn poeltjes en de lijnen rivieren.
We beginnen bij de hoorn. Sommige mensen verwonden iemand, sommigen hebben van tevoren al pacts gesloten, en anderen vluchten in hun eentje weg zonder iemand of iets. Iedereen die iets heeft gepakt heeft een verwonding.
